Following a careful pre-selection process, alphachain was chosen to assess the current SAP IBP implementation for a german high-tech company.
During an extensive series of meetings and workshops held at the customer's site over several days, we engaged in in-depth discussions with planners and business stakeholders to analyze the current scenario and identify potential issues.
Based on the results of the analysis, the customer was provided with a report on the performance of the current system, the quality of the implementation (including an analysis of existing integration flows) was ranked, and areas for further system improvement were recommended based on new functions and the SAP IBP development plan.
